At dear darcy we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. 

Please note we do not offer refunds/exchanges for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Refunds are exclusively provided for any faulty items. To be eligible for a return/refund faulty items must be sent back within 7 days of the purchase date and they must be in an unworn condition. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that colours shown on our website, social media, and marketing materials may vary slightly from the actual product. Differences in lighting, screen settings and device displays can affect how colours appear. These variations are normal.

To maintain and improve product durability and quality, we may update or change printing methods without prior notice. Different printing methods may result in slight changes in vibrancy, texture, thickness, or finish, while still maintaining the intended design. These variations do not constitute defects.

Small differences between production batches may also occur. This may include slight shade differences in fabric, minimal changes in print tone or brightness, or slight variations in print thickness or texture. These are within industry-standard tolerances and do not affect the garment.
